The aim of Micro-Philosophy: Foundations is to teach you how to build your own personal philosophy of life — what I call a micro-philosophy — so that you can learn how to think more clearly, redesign your personal worldview, and live a life of principle.

Over the course of a 4-week curriculum, I will walk you through a step-by-step process that teaches you how to build your own philosophy, rather than study someone else’s.

The course gives you the frameworks and resources you need to focus your mind so that you can not only understand what you currently believe more deeply, but generate new ideas for how to redesign your worldview, and therefore your life.

That is why the curriculum not only teaches you how to think more clearly about your beliefs, values, and principles at a high level, but also how to connect them to concrete actions so that you can live in alignment with your ideal self.

The truth is that you need both.

It is true that people notice when someone starts doing something they normally wouldn’t do, such as going to the gym, but people are completely flabbergasted when someone they think they know begins speaking differently, thinking differently, and learning differently.

Curriculum Overview

The 4-week curriculum is broken down into four corresponding modules.

Each module contains the following:

• Lessons: series of lessons that introduce new concepts so that you can think more deeply and clearly about your life, beliefs, values, and moral principles.

• Discovery Exercises: These exercises use advanced AI prompts that I personally designed after studying prompt engineering so that you can not simply write down your answers to a series of penetrating questions, but receive real-time feedback.

• Weekly Assignments: These detailed assignments are designed to guarantee that you process the course material correctly and are able to transform it into something applicable to your life. Since this is a cohort-based course, the assignments will also involve a social component which allows you to learn from and connect with other free thinkers.
